Each and every item sold on this web site is backed by our Qwick-Ship® Guarantee of Satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with any Qwick-Ship® item you order on this website, you may return it, unused and unworn, for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.
CUSTOM MADE GUARANTEE OF QUALITY
Our custom made apparel, church supplies, and other made-to-order products are backed by our Guarantee of Quality. Any custom made item you purchase will be tailored in the size, style, fabrics, and colors indicated on your order. If the item does not meet the specifications represented in our catalog or on our web site, or is found defective in workmanship or materials upon delivery, we will repair or replace the item at no charge.
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. You must notify us of any problems within 30 days of receipt of your order. Should you have a problem with your order, call or write for return authorization and instructions. Company errors will be promptly corrected at no charge. We reserve the right to charge for any alterations or replacements for which the company is not at fault.
Any problems must be resolved within 90 days of receipt of order.
All Qwick-Ship® and custom items purchased through an authorized Murphy Robes dealer must be returned to that dealer. We cannot accept the return of any merchandise that was not purchased directly from Murphy Robes or this web site.
If you are returning an item for a refund, use the return label on the reverse side of your packing list included with your order. Include the packing list itself, along with the item to be returned. If you do not have the packing list, and if we cannot find the purchase in our computer system, we will issue merchandise credit instead of a refund. Merchandise credit may be used for future purchases.
We pay shipping charges on the return of items due to manufacturing defect only. For all other returns, credit will be given for the item only, not the shipping charges. Unless the return is for a defective product, you are required to pay all shipping charges.
To exchange an item, call 800-552-3228 and a Murphy Robes representative will take your order for the exchange item and give you instructions for returning the original item. When contacting us, please have your packing list conveniently at hand so that we might answer your questions more quickly. Our representatives are available to help you from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (CST), Monday through Friday. Your credit card will be billed for the exchange item, then a credit for the returned merchandise and taxes will be issued when your return is received.
We do not pay for return shipping and do not reimburse initial shipping costs. We recommend you return your items via an insured and trackable carrier service; Murphy Robes is not responsible for lost return packages in transit. Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are exchanging for the same item in a different size or color, we will pay ground shipping charges on your new exchange item.
If you are exchanging for a different item, return postage will be deducted from your credit for the original item.
